Znajduje się około 500 metrów od ulicy 1-go Maja. Prawdopodobnie powstał on w roku 1940 i powstał w celu obrony wybrzeża oraz służył jako skład amunicji.    Podobnie jest z Bunkrem Wschodnim w Mielnie. To kolejna pozostałość po niemieckich fortyfikacjach, które zostały wzniesione w celu obrony wybrzeża. Bunkier prawdopodobnie powstał w roku 1941, oddalony jest zaledwie 200 metrów od Bunkra Zachodniego.
